This session focuses on how teachers can move beyond foundational exposure by designing intentional pathways from reading to writing and from listening to speaking. Grounded in proficiency-oriented instruction and comprehensible input, the session highlights practical classroom strategies such as embedded readings, visual and auditory scaffolds, structured interaction, and guided output tasks.

Participants examine how small instructional shifts-such as layering texts, using visuals and oral prompts, and providing low-pressure speaking and writing opportunities-can significantly increase student confidence and language production.
