This session discusses the principles and practical steps in designing and implementing project-based language learning (PBLL) in proficiency-oriented curriculum by introducing the PBLL design principles, demonstrating three projects that fostered students' deep learning, proficiency, and motivation, and providing suggestions in PBLL instruction.
