Brandon Morris

Mr. Morris is currently a full-time instructor for the Security and Emergency Response Training Center, an OSHA Outreach Instructor for the University of Texas, and a CPR/AED/First Aid, BLS and Wilderness First Aid Instructor for the Red Cross. He has over 20 years of hazardous materials response and training experience in the private sector and has been involved in responses for Chemical, Radiological, Biological, Environmental Remediation, Natural Disasters, Oil and Gas Industry Response, and Arctic Petrochemical Releases.  In addition to attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's BS in Aerospace Engineering program he is also a hazmat specialist, radiation safety officer, confined space technician, and HAZWOPER instructor amongst other related specialties that are required for work in the field. Notable responses include the M/V Kuroshima and M/V Selendang Ayu groundings in Alaska, Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Isaac, and Deepwater Horizon responses in Louisiana, and the Magnablend industrial fire and Texas City "Y" responses in Texas.
