Application Submission

The deadline to submit an Oral Research, Table Clinic and EPoster application for the 2025 AAO Annual Session is October 15, 2024.

All applicants will be notified if their application was accepted or rejected by January 15, 2025.

Prior to starting your application, read the Invitation to Participate.

If this is your first time creating a submission for the upcoming Annual Session, YOU MUST CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW STATING “CREATE YOUR PROFILE.”

Please do not contact the AAO prior to January 15, 2025, to check on application status.

NOTE: The AAO username and password you use to log into the AAO website does NOT work on this application system.
